Objectives:

1. Be introduced to new and challenging vocabulary.

2. To increase comprehension skills

3. To gain knowledge of wolves

4. To us online reference resources to gain and confirm information.

5. Plan and create presentations using the computer.

6. Obtain a positive attitude towards reading

Materials:

1. Wolves by Seymour Simon (one copy for each student)

2. Other Books by Seymour Simon (for Book Presentations). We have a book basket in our classroom library for you to choose for SSR (Silent Sustained Reading)

I will assign a grade for each of the five areas, weigh them according to the scale, and average them for a final grade.

A = 100-90

B+ = 89-85

B = 84-80

C+ = 79-75

C = 74-70

D = 69-60
